Holistic Wellbeing Retreats

We will be offering Holistic Wellbeing Retreats four times per year in venues where you will feel serene and enjoy living in the moment.

They will be from Friday evening until Sunday Teatime.  Accommodation, meals, workshops included, there will also be time for you to relax.
